Refund policy

14-Day Returns

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be:

• new, unused and unworn
• unwashed and unaltered
• returned with all original tags attached
• returned with all original bags and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, contact us before returning it so we can correct the order.
